This file contains correspondence between D.E. Halley (field assistant) and: Mr Hunter (The Superintendent, Maningrida), Sister in charge (Maningrida Hospital), the Superintendent, Reverend Father J. Fallon (Bathurst Island Mission), Keith McConickey (Yuendumu), Mr Graham Castine (Bamyili Settlement), The Superintendent, Roper River Mission), Ian Pittman (The area supervisor, Roper River Settlement), The Manager (Victoria River Downs Station), to Jocelyn (Sister-in-charge, Millingimbi), Audrey (the Matron, The District Hospital, Katherine), Joan Armstrong, Gary (Superintendent, Hermannsburg Mission), Gloria Mazukelli, Mr Lovegrove (the Assistant Director, southern, Welfare Branch, Alice Springs), Dr Peter Short (Medical Superintendent, Katherine Hospital), and Graham Costine. The file contains Handwritten working notes on genealogies and family groupings of individuals of interest from Roper River Mission, Mainoru, Maningrida, Amoonguna, Hermannsburg, Areyonga, Maryvale, Aileron, and Bathurst Island. There are three typewritten pages entitled, 'Miss D.E. Halley-Top Priority' outlining the checks on genealogies for various named persons. There is a 'Darwin Hospital Laboratory Report' giving blood group typing of a named individual and the names of her consort and children. There are Typewritten notes of family relationships for named individuals from Hermannsburg, Areyonga, Amoonguna, Aileron, Maryvale and Yuendumu. There is a handdrawn mapf of a family relationship for a named individual from Bamyili and hand written notes on her relatives.
