Summary

This project was funded by the Institute of Aboriginal Studies and was performed by Dr Roslyn Angell, a cytogeneticist in the Genetics Department, at the University of Melbourne, in collaboration with Dr R.L. Kirk. She was studying chromosomal variation in Australian Aboriginals. Blood samples were collected from Bagot (Northern Territory) and from Central Australia. Collection arrangements were coordinated by the Northern Territory Health Department (Dr Langsford).
