- Description
Correspondence from D.E. Halley to R.L. Kirk (13/8/1968) informing him that Dr Langsford has supplied her with the numbers of the Elcho Island samples that are to be repeated, and that she is currently locating the names and numbers, and a family tree of each to send to Kirk. Dr Langsford has asked her to emphasize that relations with the Aboriginal people and the Northern Territory are a bit 'edgy' currently. Any field work will have to wait until she can talk to Mr Giese but he is very much preoccupied with current events up there.
