Title
Correspondence from John Tibbs to R.L. Kirk
Description

Correspondence from John Tibbs (A/Assistant Director (Public Health), Department of Health, Darwin) to R.L. Kirk (31/7/1969) discussing the possibility of Kirk forwarding blood samples to Dr R.L. Doherty (Director of the Queensland Institute of Medical Research) who is investigating a viral epidemic on the North Arnhem Land coast. Doherty would like samples from 20 children and 10 adults from each of the following locations: Maningrida Settlement, Angurugu Mission, Milingimbi Mission, Bathurst Island Mission, Roper River Mission and Mainoru Station. He is also endeavouring to check the language group of persons at Delissaville but this is slow and time consuming.
