- Correspondence from R.T. Simmons to R.L Kirk
- Description
Correspondence from R.T. Simmons (Senior Consultant, Commonwealth Serum Laboratories) to R.L. Kirk (no date) enclosing the sheets giving the results of tests of March 1968 for Elcho Island blood groups. Simmons also summarizes results obtained for Australian Aboriginal albino family blood groups saying that he does not wish the data to be published without him being a co-author. He makes the point that when he made these tests for Kirk, Kirk did not specify that they were being made for a third party and not for a joint study with the Human Genetics Unit of ANU. Simmons suggests that Kirk will agree there is good reason why his results should not be published by others.
